Making A Purchase

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this website. Please note that by using this website you are deemed to agree to the terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

Fulton accepts payment using major credit or debit cards and via Paypal. Prices on this website are quoted in GBP Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 20.0%. 

International card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate where GBP is not the standard currency issued by the bank, they may also add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Fulton will occur when we despatch the goods to you. Fulton reserves the right not to accept an order at our sole discretion. You will be informed if your order has not been accepted

 

Returns Policy
 
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, for purchases from this website only. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us within 14 days of the cancellation.  Returned products must be unused, in original condition including labels and tickets. Please ensure that a VALID order number is provided.

To cancel and/or return goods to us please use the following procedure:
 
- Download our order Cancellation & Returns form or send an email to websales@fultonumbrellas.com or telephone our Customer Services team on 020 8963 3010, quoting your original order reference to request a Cancellation & Returns form.

- Complete the Cancellation & Returns form and send along with your securely packaged product to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Fulton does not accept liability for any damage in transit.

- Send to the address stated on the Cancellation & Returns form using a recorded delivery method. Fulton does not accept liability for losses in transit.

Once Fulton has received the returned product our Quality Assurance Team will review the condition and approve the refund for the cost of the product to which the cancellation applies.  When a whole order is being returned, this includes the original cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by us).  We will reimburse you to the same credit or debit card, Paypal or Apple Pay account used for the original purchase. Please note return postage costs will not be refunded.

This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with this website.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence (as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the United Kingdom.

Governing Jurisdiction
 
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
 
Damaged & Faulty Goods
 
Please check your goods carefully on arrival and inform Fulton of any damage or manufacturing faults at websales@fultonumbrellas.com within 30 days of receipt. Damage caused through usage, including wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty.

If you encounter any faults with Fulton products purchased other than from this website, please contact the retailer or place of purchase directly.

 

Promotional Codes

Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined with other discounts or codes.

 

Statutory Rights

None of the Terms & Conditions on this website are intended to affect your statutory rights. For more information about your rights please contact the Trading Standards Institute.
